We develop and manufacture products – blow moulded engineering plastic parts forautomotive industries according to the design and quality requirements of our OE customers. Our products could be broadly classified into six categories:
Fuel Tanks:
» Fuel tanks for scooters and auto with volumes ranging from 3 – 11 litres
» Fuel tanks are assembled with bought –out parts such as cap assembly, breather outlet, pencil filters, rubber hoses and hose clips.
» Metal inserts are in – moulded
» 0 ppm(parts per million) supply
» 100% testing with specific testing facilities
» Automotive Research Association India (ARAI) certified
» Polyamide fuel tanks developed first time in India
» In process developing of 20L fuel tanks for tractors
Reservoir Tanks:
» Fuel tanks for scooters and auto with volumes ranging from 3 – 11 litres
» Fuel tanks are assembled with bought –out parts such as cap assembly, breather outlet, pencil filters, rubber hoses and hose clips.
» Metal inserts are in – moulded
Air Intake Ducts:
» 3D parts developed in 2D machine.
» Both atmospheric air intake and outlet to engine ducts developed.
» Ducts are assembled as snorkel for intake for CVs.
» Snap fit without any leakages Snorkel Assembly.
Air Conditioning Ducts:
» For LCVs , MCVs
» Thin walled product profiles of 3D nature
» Inmoulding of injection moulded parts
Bellows :
» PP+EPDM is used for replacement of ruber based parts.
» Fine profiling at ends
» No deflashing and no parting line work at Bellow areas.
» Parting line height less than 0.1mm.
Resonators :
» Multicavity moulds – two , four , & eight cavities developed.
» Cooling fixtures in – process to avoid shrinkage
